Airline Representative & Key Account Manager

We offer highly skilled professionals to represent your Airline on the ground to optimize and streamline the entire PAX-experience at our locations. All work and duties will be performed according to Airline directories to ensure consistency in the performance of high-quality service. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring Airline presence and visibility

• Quality assurance through communication with handler

• Additional PAX charges for upgrades, excess baggage etc. 

• Reporting back to the main operation with figures and comments from the turn-around
